Exemplary service in all areas of the hotel, especially at the beach and in the restaurants. But two members of staff attendants for very especially mention Mon at the restaurant was a very charming host and Mod Dang our chambermaid was absolutely wonderful and efficient. We love it here! From start to finish, we have been impressed by the quality and friendliness of all members of staff. We had a wonderful stay of 7 nights at The Sarojin, a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The treatment at the Spa was lovely, and we highly recommend the all-day boat trip on The Lady Sarojin. My boyfriend booked a surprise Valentine’s dinner at The Sarojin – it really felt like a fairytale, a night we will never forget! This is an amazing place to stay! Most important of all is the wonderful atmosphere created by the staff. They could not be more helpful or friendly and they really care for the guests. Secondly the design is so restful and relaxing, the rooms are gorgeous and the grounds spectacular. Thirdly the food is delicious at both restaurants. We loved the all – day breakfast. We had a truly wonderful stay here! Khun Kade is a great manager. The checked on us daily which was lovely. The team is great as well especially Tu!
