Dear Kate and Andrew, We just want to tell you we had a perfect holiday at The Sarojin again this year. We know so many of the staff who gave us a lovely welcome. We remember the first time we came many years ago (a year after the Tsunami). You have both made the hotel into a little gem - you can be very proud. Jenny was very kind putting us in suite 608 which has the evening sun which is important to us ! I should like to thank you and all your wonderful staff for the thoroughly enjoyable and restful stay I had so recently at The Sarojin. I did not believe that my visit last year could have been bettered but it was and this was mainly due to the fact that so many members of staff who looked after me were the same as for last year and, if possible, they were even more attentive and caring. You asked me for suggestions or comments but The Sarojin is so perfect as it is that I am not sure I have any. Finally, it was a great pleasure to meet you, Andrew, during your recent visit and I hope you and Kate manage to continue to avoid this year’s Coronavirus. We had the most magical wedding day. It truly exceeded our expectations so thank you so much. You have a wonderful team who continually went above and beyond to provide a world class service. I have been emailing Naa on/off for 2 years regarding our wedding and she has been amazing. All my questions and concerns were always answered. I even sent Naa some picture of decorations we wanted to bring and she set them all up beautifully with lights and flowers. The food was outstanding and again Naa had organised a veg section for one of my vegetarian friends. Kade greeted us everyday and always made sure all our needs were catered for. I saw him do this with all guests which is lovely to see Luna and Nee were with us on the morning of the wedding and made sure we knew what we had to do and where we had to go. Matt and Tu always greeted us with a smile at the pool and my glass was continually refilled with water. We had a slight issue with the jack for the music after the band finished playing however Mon was on hand and quickly got it resolved. I wish I could name all of your staff personally because they were all amazing. Our guests kept telling us how our wedding was like a fairytale or something from a movie. It was a dream come true for myself and Craig. We also tried the spa and it was the best massage we have ever had. I've attached a couple of photos from the day, we had brought our photographers with us as they are good friends - canvas and peach photography if you want to give them a mention.
