We take care of you from the moment you land in Phuket. Our attentive drivers will greet you at the airport, offering you the warmest of Thai smiles alongside cooling handtowels and a selection of thirst-quenching beverages. You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi in any of our cars, allowing you to touch base with loved ones at home to let them know you’re OK.

Intimate Residences in Lush Surroundings

On arrival, our guest relations team will already know you by name. They will be waiting with a welcome drink in hand to take you to your guest residence and will guide you through the space ensuring you’re happy and comfortable in the setting. Each of our 56 deluxe residences are intimately nestled within ten acres of luscious green gardens. This offers a real sense of being immersed in a tropical Thai jungle. Each guest residence features its own private garden and “sala” sundeck, with some boasting private plunge pools or jacuzzis for a refreshing dip in seclusion.

Within our restaurants and bar, staff will quickly get to know how you like your morning coffee, afternoon snacks or sundown tipple. They will often have these waiting for you as you arrive, having spotted you approaching through the grounds. We offer an extensive selection of wines by the glass, and dietary requirements are also well catered for. The team are always happy to make personalised recommendations based on your food and drink preferences.

Exploring with Peace of Mind

If you want to explore Khao Lak, our creative ‘Imagineer’ team can tailor a private programme of local excursions to suit your requests. Our Adventure and Discovery team’s personal guides are all local Thai residents fluent in several languages. They can accompany you, offering not only peace of mind, but also sharing with you first hand and authentic insights into the local area. It is as if exploring with a friend. You can also join our team on one of their regular Sarojin Cares volunteering days in the local community. These include planting local mangrove trees as part of the resort’s ‘One Booking One Tree’ initiative or visiting Avautis – a local social enterprise that supports autistic children and adults.
