There’s cause for celebration here at The Sarojin…
We are thrilled to have been awarded MICHELIN Two Key status, recognised as one of Thailand’s most outstanding hotels. The prestigious Two Key accolade honours properties that stand out for offering guests an exceptional experience – something we as a team have always strived for. The recognition is a wonderful testimony to the hard work of our dedicated staff, their spirit of exceptional service and their attention to detail.
MICHELIN launched its new hotel Key distinction scheme in September 2024, which mirrors its famous MICHELIN Stars for restaurants. The Keys announcement comes four years into a comprehensive refresh of the Guide’s hotel selection, which for us has been well worth the wait.
To make the prestigious list, we had to be able to demonstrate the significant impact we make on our guests’ experience. We were rated in five separate categories, which were architecture and interior design, quality and consistency of service, overall personality and character, value for money, and significant contribution to the guest experience in a unique setting.
MICHELIN was particularly impressed that The Sarojin was “luxurious and well-designed” yet did not feel “decadent or gluttonous”. The resort’s use of local materials that “blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings” and our spectacular setting along our long, secluded white sand beach were also commended alongside our restaurants, private dining options, spa and range of outdoor excursions.
We are always delighted to hear how special our guests rate their stay at The Sarojin, but to have this recognised by the industry and from such a highly regarded organisation as MICHELIN is a real honour. We’ll be raising a glass or two to mark the occasion in the coming weeks. We hope to warmly welcome you to The Sarojin soon to celebrate with us.
