Dear all, the service, food & accommodation exceeded all expectations. Never before have we enjoyed such consistent & high standards and staff service and gourmet cuisine. Whatever your choice of cuisine the standard was exquisite. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, who was very friendly. We have had a wonderful relaxing stay, food out of this world, staff unbelievable and service brilliant. The rooms were very unique. This has all made our 20 th wedding anniversary a memorable time. We went on the cave canoeing/boat excursion and the white water rafting boat was amazing and Michael made the trips very fun! Like to start with special thanks for all the wonderful staff that treated us like King & Queen. I think this hotel is not only a regular 5 star hotel, it is a hotel that try to teach their guests how to enjoy life in a relaxing stylish way. We never thought we could have breakfast this way! The food presentation just made the morning breakfast so much more tasteful and pleasant. What else is there say about the fabulous service we received? Nothing is ever too much or too trouble to ask for. The staff our always smiling, offering their 100% help to make to guest happy. Lastly, want to say the food taste were one of the best out of all the hotels we stayed ! Yui & Ann was a wonderful serve! They are always cheerful and remember our needs.
