We arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve; Santa came on Christmas day on an elephant of course! Every aspect of our holiday was perfect; service & attention to detail exceptional; however without the trust quality staff man work so hard it would not be quite the same. Sadly we have to depart, however looking across the   pond at the beautiful view what a better way could there be to start the New Year. We had only 2 nights here and too short. The hotel border on perfection. So beautiful, from the gardens and surrounding to the wonderful pool rooms. But more important than this are the staff, who have been so friendly and attention from our fist arrival to our (very regretful) departure. Love it, love it.  Had a fantastic stay – will definitely be back again. All the staff are great, especially at the Edge, the Ficus.
