Well what can we say other than what an adventure our first visit to Thailand has been. After an unexpected 12-hour car journey to Khao Lak from Bangkok we arrived to the warmest welcome in this paradise. The Sarojin staff surpassed every expectation and despite our worries helped us to relax and enjoy our time. I truly don’t know where to start, The Sarojin is quite simply heaven on earth (so good we had to come back). We have been made to feel so welcome by everyone. The staff are absolutely wonderful and make this hotel the magical place that it is. They have been warm, friendly and endlessly helpful. The whole set-up is just so well done from the design of the buildings (particularly The Edge), the gardens, the wonderfully comfortable rooms and all set on a beautiful beach. Every morning I smiled on my way to breakfast! The food is sensational, breakfast is delicious and the Thai food, especially all the fresh fish, is yummy. There are so many little touches that make this place perfect. Always a glass of water and cold towels. Suggestions of things to do and how to get there. Our drinks brought to our room after dinner. A glass of fizz at breakfast. A fish, a crab, an elephant and a dog all made out of towels – amazing. Great quality toiletries (Mike loved the loofah). Magazines and CD’s to borrow. I could go on. We absolutely 100% will remember our time here with great fondness. Thank you all at The Sarojin for making these memories so perfect. We will be back! Lots of Love.
