Visit a local Thai market and learn to cook exquisite local dishes with our chef. Choose from a range of cooking classes and locations at The Sarojin or experience the surrounding areas and cook and dine in stunning private locations.

Mediterranean cooking class
Executive Chef Gogh is a master of Mediterranean cuisine, and with his team will be your guiding hand in a class "just for 2". A selection of exotic and palate pleasing dishes from our Ficus menu are available for your cooking class selection. Wine in hand, there is no better way to embark on some light culinary creativity, followed by a pond-side lunch. Special classes can be organised for one person as well. Non-cooking partners are welcome to join for lunch.

Edible art
Learn the secrets of fruit carving and natural art with a Sarojin chef. The class includes a fruit carving knife as well as a Sarojin apron.

Degustation - A journey of the palate
Chef Gogh and his team present eight courses, masterfully crafted to pleasure your senses. Dawid, our resort manager, Imagineer and former lecturer at the London Wine Academy, personally hosts the evening and has artfully married each course with an accompanying wine to create a gastronomical experience to be savoured. We ask for reservations to be made well in advance.

Dawid, our Imagineer, has previously lectured for the London Wine Academy and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, and delights in welcoming you to a tasting of six wines from our multi-award wining wine cellar. Allow Dawid to share with you the properties, complexities and structures of these different wines. Numbers for tastings are limited, so we kindly request bookings before 2:00pm on the day.
