Gourmet dining in luxurious surroundings
Ingredients are fresh, chefs are passionate and tables are set in extraordinary locations.
At The Sarojin, we take great pride in serving our guests delicious food in memorable locations. Whether you dine under our age-old Ficus tree, beside the shimmering Andaman Sea, or in an intimate setting of your choice, every meal is an occasion, a time to savour and remember.
Enjoy local tropical fruits bursting with flavour, seafood fresh from the Andaman, herbs from our own extensive herb garden or select and decant a range of fine wines.
At The Sarojin there are no restrictions - we believe in granting you the freedom you need to make the memories you want. That's why we encourage our guests to experience the intimacy of dining privately wherever you want.
Whether it's a romantic candlelit dinner next to a jungle waterfall or on a private sand isle, a gourmet picnic breakfast on a secluded white sand beach, or a private dinner in a pool island pavilion or in your own sala, we'll make it happen for you. Outside or inside, on the beach, in the jungle, in the gardens - you choose the place, the time, the menu - we'll do the rest and set your table.
Refined, relaxed. Set in the spiritual heart of The Sarojin, the Ficus restaurant is nestled under the hanging roots and canopy of the ancient Ficus tree and beside the magnificent Lotus Pond.
Delight in choosing from a sumptuous daily variety of specially created traditional and contemporary Mediterranean cuisines subtly infused with delicate flavours and twists. We've developed a balanced menu of original recipes and old favourites.

The Cellar is an open air bar and cooled wine cellar tucked away under the ancient Ficus Tree. The Sarojin Cellar has received several awards including Best Wine List in Thailand, Best Regional Wine List, Best Resort Wine List and an 'Award of Excellence' for the last four years from Wine Spectator. We take great pride in having one of the best wine collections in Thailand and we encourage our guests to personally taste and choose their wines in the cellar with the help of trained sommelier and resort manager Dawid Koegelenberg.
Additionally we offer wine lectures once a week in the cellar to in house guests and no prior wine knowledge is required , novice drinkers and serious wine buffs can tour around the World of Wine with glass in hand.
Breezy, rustic and chic, The Edge lives up to its name with its gorgeous beach and sea views. Dine under our open air timber pavilion or the sand or timber terraces under the shade of the surrounding trees.
We create fresh international alfresco and signature Thai and seafood delicacies from ingredients fresh from the Andaman Sea, local markets and our own garden.
